Includes 10% whole bunch fruit with maturation taking place in large format French oak. Pitch black dark red colour with a dark red black tinged hue. Intense liquorice and dark plum fruits are complexed by fennel, earth, dried herbs and spice. Medium to full bodied with ample richness yet also quite savoury in nature, the palate features liquorice and black cherry fruits over a back drop of scorched earth, fennel, dried herbs and peppered meats. Sturdy tannin structure with a spicy medium to long conclusion.
