Semi translucent dark red colour with a light red hue. Scents of dark cherries and plum laced with toasty characters, dried herbs and spice evolve from the glass. Light and elegant the palate is flavoured with red cherries and subtle strawberries which are underpinned by earthy dried herbs and spice. Finishes dry and a little short with bright acidity and slightly chalky tannins. Modest aftertaste.
