Produced from 60% Corvina, 15% Corvinone, 15% Rondinella and 10% other miscellaneous grape varieties. Very deep dark red black core with a dark red hue. Stewed fruit aromas mix with balsamic notes, earthy leather, dried cherry and spice. Medium bodied the palate has dark and morello cherry flavours over earth, spicy leather and dried herbs. Lots of fresh acidity with a dryish finish, a shade chalky tannins and medium length aftertaste.
