Opaque dark red black colour with a bright dark red hue. Aromas of ripe dark cherries, plum and liquorice spring from the glass along with fresh herbs, vanillin oak and spicy earth notes. Medium bodied the palate has generous dark cherry, plum and liquorice fruits which are quite elegant in their feel. Slightly chewy finish with notions of vanillin cedar, dried herbs and subtle spicy earth making an appearance. Polished tannins with good freshness to the savoury medium length aftertaste.
