Totally opaque black dark red colour with a bright dark red hue. Aromas of ripe dark cherries are shaded by hints of liquorice with earthy incense and spicy herb notes ensuing. Juicy mid weight palate with ripe dark cherry flavours to the fore. Slightly dry and earthy finish with infusions of spicy incense also present. Bright acidity, grainy tannins and a savoury medium length aftertaste . Good value.
