Opaque black dark red core with a dark red hue. Aromas of dark to black cherries and liquorice meld with earth, fresh herbs and pepper. Bright fruity cherry and fresh plum fruits sit over subtle notions of liquorice, scorched earth and infusions of fresh herbs. Lively acidity keeps things fresh with fine grained tannins and a medium length aftertaste.
