Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green to the edges and a watery hue. The nose exhibits white peach and dried honey aromas over citrusy nougat, faint toast and spice notes. Light to medium bodied with a fresh feel and faint sense of creaminess to the mouthfeel, flavours of white peaches and nectarines are to the fore overlaying citrusy dried honey characters, subtle nougat and spice. Clean dry finish with bright but balanced acidity. Aftertaste of fleshy white peaches, citrusy dried honey characters, light nougat and traces of spice.
