2017 Alamos Malbec

Opaque dark red black tinged colour with a dark purple hue. Aromas of dark cherries and plum laced with dried clove characters are followed by some dusty cedar and spicy tobacco notes. Medium bodied with an elegant feel, flavours of ripe cherries and plum are wrapped up in dried clove characters with toasty cedar and spicy tobacco characters ensuing. Dryish fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of cherries, dried clove, plum, toasty cedar and spicy tobacco.
Cellar 2-3 years.
