2016 Valdipiatta Tosca Chianti Colli Senesi

Deep dark red core with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Fragrant ripe red to blackcurrant and dark cherry aromas intermingle with earthy cedar, a hint of new leather and spicy fresh herb notes. Bright red fruits litter the savoury medium weighted palate over an earthy back drop with old cedar and subtle wild herb influences also evident. Elegant feel with good balanced bright acidity, slightly grainy tannins and a medium length finish.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
