2016 Tiefenbrunner Pinot Grigio

Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish straw tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose exhibits pear, dried apple and honeysuckle aromas over subtle wet stone and spice notes. The palate impresses with its concentration, fruit richness and rounded pebble stone like textural feel delivering flavours of pears, ripe apples and honeysuckle over a back drop of wet stone infusions and spice. Clean dry finish with refreshing acidity. Concludes with an aftertaste of spicy pears, ripe apples, honeysuckle and faint wet stone infusions.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
