A blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay this Rose was aged on lees in 3 year old barrels for 2 months. Translucent salmon pink colour with a watery hue. Subtle peach and ripe cranberry aromas intermixed with strawberry meld their way into some wet stone characters. Light and very dry with a rounded pebble stone like textural quality the palate possesses elegant flavours of peaches and cranberries over some wet stone infusions with traces of spice on the finish. Lively acidity with an aftertaste of peaches, cranberries, wet stone and spice.
