Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Pungent aromas of tropical fruits and green apples are followed by some ripe lime with fresh herb end notes. Vibrant passionfruit, green apple, lime and citrus flavours dance across the palate with some light grassy herbaceous infusions on the refreshing finish. Crisp crunchy acidity. Excellent concentration with a long passionfruit, green apple, lime and herbaceous grassy character conclusion. A worthy winner of a trophy and top gold at the Sydney Wine Show.
