87% of this wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and 13% in oak barrels. Brilliant pale straw
colour with a watery hue. Nosing reveals aromas of gooseberries and green apples followed by some
light grassy asparagus characters and citrusy mineral infusions. Light and refreshing the palate has
subtle passionfruit and green apple flavours over some light herbaceous characters, lime and
mineral. Dry finish with crunchy acidity. Aftertaste of subtle passionfruit, green apple, lime, some
delicate grassiness and mineral.
