Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour. The nose displays scents of fresh pears, green apples and lime with quincy end notes. Quite vibrant for Pinot Gris the palate has flavours of pears, fresh apples and citrus followed by some light spice. Finishes dry with crisp like acidity and an aftertaste of pears, apples and spice.
