2016 Napa Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured in 39% new French oak. Impenetrable black as night core with a deep dark red black hue. Pronounced ripe black cherry and blackcurrant aromas intermix with liquorice, toasty cedar, black olives and spicy dried herb notes. Rich, powerful and opulent, densely textured black cherry, cassis and liquorice flavours fill the mouth over earthy toasted vanillin cedar, tobacco, subtle dried herbs and spice. Firm chewy tannins with a medium to long lavish black fruit dominated aftertaste.
