Bright pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Fresh lime top notes are followed by green apple and a hint of mandarin with steely mineral end notes. Very dry with an austere mouthfeel and steely acidity the palate has tightly wound flavours of lime and citrus infused with mandarin over a zesty finish of wet steel and flinty mineral. Aftertaste of lime, citrus, mandarin and steely mineral.
