2016 Karrawatta Christo's Paddock Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque midnight black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced ripe blackcurrant aromas subtlety infused with mint overlay cedary tobacco characters, dried herbs, black olive and spice. Full bodied, rich and concentrated the palate is awash with ripe blackcurrant fruit that’s underpinned by elements of mint, cedary tobacco characters, dried herbs and spice. Firm, slightly chewy tannins give the wine plenty of structure and a robust feel. Excellent depth concluding with a long blackcurrant driven aftertaste.
