Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pear, crisp Jonathan apple and citrus aromas are overlaid by a hint of musk with spice end notes. Light and fresh with a nicely textured mid-palate pear and Jonathan apple flavours are followed by tangy citrus and mineral on the crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of pears, fresh Jonathan apples and light citrusy mineral characters.
