Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Scents of lime and orange emanate from the glass followed by some citrus and stony mineral notes. On the palate subtle lime and green apple flavours combine over delicate orange infusions with a dry steely mineral finish. Fresh crunchy acidity with an aftertaste of lime, citrus, green apple, subtle orange rind and steely mineral characters.
