Very pale salmon pink colour with a watery hue. Subtle peach and citrus fruit aromas are followed by some winter strawberries and slatey mineral end notes. Fresh with a vibrant yet rounded mouthfeel the palate is elegantly flavoured with peach, citrus and faint strawberry infusions with a dry slatey mineral finish. Crisp acidity with a moderate aftertaste of peaches, citrus, light strawberries and slatey mineral.
