A blend of 64% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot and 4% Cabernet Franc. Excellent depth of colour featuring an impenetrable black dark red core with a deep dark red hue. Lifted red and blackcurrant aromas intermingle with mulberries over cedary tobacco infusions and bay leaf. Medium to full bodied with plenty of richness the palate dishes up flavours of blackcurrant and ripe mulberries over a cedary tobacco, subtle earthy dried herb and spice back drop. Sturdy, slightly dryish but finely grained tannins. Aftertaste of blackcurrant, ripe mulberry, cedary tobacco characters, subtle bay leaf and spice.
