Certified organic and Preservative free with a youthful freshness reminiscent of a barrel sample. Totally opaque inky black purple colour with a bright very dark purple hue. Inky freshly crushed blackberry, liquorice and plum aromas emerge from the glass mixed in with some spicy earth notes. Bright and fresh the palate is filled with rich ripe flavours of blackberry, plum and liquorice providing the palate with a juicy sensation over some inky earth and spice infusions. Crunchy finish with fine grained tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of freshly crushed blackberries, plums, liquorice, inky earth and spice. About as good as Preservative Free wine gets.
