Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pears and apples intermix with hints of cantaloupe. Light honeysuckle and a hint of spicy ripe citrus. The palate has a fullish, rounded textural feel yet there’s plenty of freshness on the vibrant finish. Flavours of ripe pears meet up with some apple and ripe lime with merest trace of honeysuckle also evident concluding dry and spicy. Aftertaste of pears, apples, ripe lime, faint honeysuckle and spice.
