Partially barrel fermented in older French oak barriques. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pears and green apples wrapped up in honeysuckle are followed by faint hints of musk and spice. The nicely textured palate has excellent freshness and is generously flavoured with pears and ripe apples intermixed with musk, honeysuckle and spice infusions. Clean dry, lively finish. Medium to long aftertaste of ripe pears, apples, subtle musk infusions and spice.
