Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight tinge of green and a watery hue. Aromas of citrus and light grapefruit are overlaid by toasty biscuity oak followed by a hint of spice. Light to medium weight with fresh acidity and a dry finish the palate has subtle flavours of citrus and grapefruit intermixed with some toastiness and a touch of spicy cashew. Aftertaste of citrus, faint grapefruit, toast and spice. A light, fresh Yarra Valley Chardonnay.
