Totally opaque black dark red core with a dark red hue. Pronounced black cherry and liquorice scents combine with hints of black raspberry over earthy incense like notes, traces of new leather, dried meats and spice. Bold rich black cherry, liquorice and black raspberry flavours sit over background elements of earthy leather, dried meats and spicy herbs infusions. Excellent palate weight with chewy ripe tannins on the finish. Long aftertaste of spicy black cherries, liquorice, earthy leather nuances, dried meats, herbs and pepper. Rich and chewy this is a delicious Cotes du Rhone.
