2015 Mountadam Vineyards Eden Valley Shiraz

Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of dark cherries and liquorice infused with blackpepper and dried meats are followed by some smoky cedar and spice. Medium to full bodied the palate possesses good richness with flavours of blackberries, ripe dark cherries and liquorice over some smoked meats and blackpepper. Meaty mouthfeel with slightly chewy tannins. Medium to long aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, blackberries, liquorice, smoked meats and blackpepper.
