Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Pungent herbaceous grassy characters, green bean and citrus aromas rise from the glass with asparagus end notes. On the palate a combination of unripe and ripe gooseberry flavours mix with herbaceous grassy characters, citrus and asparagus. Dry finish with crisp acidity. Aftertaste of herbaceous gooseberries, grassy asparagus and citrus.
