Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Lifted lime, citrus and mandarin aromas are to the fore followed by some tangy orange and mineral end notes. The palate shows good intensity with lime, orange rind and tangy citrus flavours dominate over a mineral infused background. Crisp crunchy acid finish. Long aftertaste of limes, tangy citrus, orange rind and mineral.
