Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Nosing reveals lifted dark plum, ripe mulberry and subtle liquorice aromas followed by cedary tobacco characters and spice. Medium bodied with a soft fleshy mouthfeel the palate sports generous dark plum and dark chocolate flavours over subtle tobacco infusions and spicy cedar. Slightly dryish finish with very fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of spicy dark plums, tobacco, cedar and dried herbs.
