Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Liquorice and dark plum aromas sit atop lightly charred vanillin cedar and spicy pepper. Medium bodied the palate has generous spicy dark plum and liquorice flavours underpinned by charry vanillin cedar and earthy pepper characters. Slightly dryish fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of spicy dark plums, liquorice, toasty vanillin cedar, a touch of earth and pepper.
