2015 Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant very pale straw almost water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Zesty aromas of passionfruit intermixed with citrusy gooseberry are followed by herbaceous grassy asparagus like notes and light capsicum. Light and zingy the palate has mouth watering flavours of ripe gooseberry and passionfruit over nuances of fresh asparagus and citrusy mineral with a crisp crunchy acid finish. Medium to long ripe gooseberry, passionfruit, herbaceous asparagus and citrusy mineral aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
