A blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot. Opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of blackcurrant and liquorice mix with vanillin cedar, dusty earth and subtle spicy dried herb notes. Medium weighted flavours of red to black currant overlay a back drop of lightly scorched earth, vanillin cedar, tobacco and spicy leather. Elegant in its feel with finely grained tannins and an earthy yet savoury aftertaste. An easy going style of claret.
