Château Clarettes is located nearby Les Arcs sur Argens, a medieval city in Provence and they produce an excellent Rose made from Mourvedre and Cinsault grapes.
Translucent pale salmon colour with a watery hue. Aromas of red cherries and strawberries are overlaid by some musk and wet stone with spicy end notes. Light and dry with a soft rounded textural feel the palate features flavours of ripe red cherries, raspberries, peaches and musk over some stony characters and a touch of spice. Clean dry finish with sufficient acidity. Aftertaste of ripe red cherries, peaches, strawberries, musk and wet stone.
