2015 Alois Lageder Pinot Noir

Semi translucent dark red colour with a tinge of black to the edges and a light red hue. Aromas of red cherries, dried cherries and a hint of strawberry intermix with light earthy incense like notes and fresh herbs. Light with a supple mid palate and spicy finish the palate has flavours of ripe red cherries and dried cherries infused with dried herbs over some light earth and cedar. Slightly dryish finish with grainy tannins and good balanced Fresh acidity. Aftertaste of spicy dried cherries, ripe cherries, dried herbs and earthy cedar. Savoury, herby and spicy.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
