Semi translucent dark red core with a light orange tinged hue. Stemming from the glass are dried cherry and Ribena like scents which intermingle with dried herbs, stewy earth and spicy tobacco notes. Very supple on entry a mixture of dried cherry and stewed fruits have an undercurrent of dried herbs, earth and spicy tobacco. Dryish finish with polished tannins and a medium length aftertaste.
