Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Vibrant passionfruit, green apple and herbaceous gooseberry aromas leap from the glass with citrusy mineral end notes. Light and zesty the palate has flavours of passionfruit and herbaceous grassy gooseberry followed by some citrus and mineral. Clean crisp acidity with an aftertaste of passionfruit, grassy gooseberry, citrus and mineral.
