Aged in old French hogsheads. Deeper in colour than the Girl Talk Savagnin this wine displays a bright straw core with a touch of pale gold around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of lemon and dried honey are followed by pear, subtle quince and spice. The palate is very dry and textured with flavours of ripe pears, dried apple, dried honey, quince and spice. Clean dry finish. Aftertaste of fresh pear, dried apple, dried honey, quince and spice.
