2014 Trevelen Farm The Tunney Cabernet Sauvignon

Impenetrable black dark red colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Showing some restraint, aromas of black olives intermix with blackcurrant, liquorice and new leather followed by earth and spice. More forthcoming the palate is filled with rich blackcurrant flavours that are infused with black olives over traces of liquorice, new leather, earthy cedar and spice. Dry finish with firm rigid tannins. Aftertaste of black olives, blackcurrant, earthy cedar, leather and spice.
Cellar 5-6 years.
