A combination of three casks, seven year old matured in a dechar/rechar hogsheads, this is one of the heavy peaters in the latest Unchillfiltered Collection. 'Staoisha' refers to Bunnah' distilled using heavy peated barley - the kind normally reserved for the likes of Lagavulin, Ardbeg and Laphroaig. Reports have it that the peat is right up there, complimented by a lovely salty finish. Not super complex but defintely super tasty! 46% Alc./Vol. Non chill filtered.
