Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted passionfruit and gooseberry aromas over lap herbaceous grassy asparagus like characters and hints of capsicum. Lively palate flavours of passionfruit and ripe gooseberries are followed by some herbaceous grassy characters and a touch of capsicum. Clean crisp dry finish with an aftertaste of passionfruit, herbaceous gooseberries and faint capsicum.
