A blend of 68% Sauvignon Blanc & 32% Semillon. Brilliant very pale straw, almost water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of passionfruit and green apples are overlaid by some herbaceous grassy characters with limey citrus end notes. The lively, inviting palate is dominated by passionfruit, lime and citrus flavours with nuances of herbaceous grassy characters and green apple also present. Crisp dry finish. Aftertaste of passionfruit, lime, citrus, green apple and light herbaceous characters. Drink now. Alc 13%
