Deep dark red core with black tinged edges and a dark red to brick red hue. Spicy red currant and dark cherry aromas intermingle with hints of earth, dried herbs and spicy cedar. Bright red currant and red cherry fruits decorate the elegant mid weighted palate with some earth, dried herbs, subtle leather and spice ensuing. Vibrant fresh acidity lies underneath with stern yet well integrated tannins. Concludes long, slightly rustic and savoury.
