Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish highlights around the edges and a watery hue. The nose displays nectarine and grapefruit top notes under scored by some flinty struck matchstick and spicy almond. Medium bodied the palate has fleshy white peach and nectarine flavours intermixed with lemon honey characters over a back drop of creamy cashew and spicy biscuity oak. Dry fresh finish with a long nectarine, grapefruit, honeyed lemon, roasted nuts and spice aftertaste.
