2013 Some Young Punks Naked on Roller Skates Shiraz Mataro

Totally opaque inky black core with a dark red black tinged hue. The nose shows good aromatic lift with scents of liquorice, ripe blackberries and dark chocolate followed by some vanillin oak and spice. Plump and joosy in texture this very inviting blend is filled with succulent dark plum, ripe blackberry and liquorice flavours over a background of chocolatey oak, subtle earth and vanillin spice. Slightly dryish finish with velvet smooth tannins. Long generous aftertaste of dark plum, liquorice, blackberry, vanillin oak and subtle spicy scorched earth.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
