2013 Los Vascos Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black crimson colour with a dark crimson red hue. Aromas of blackcurrant, mulberry and black olive are overlaid by toasty cedar notes and spicy tobacco. Medium weighted and generous whilst still reflective of its French influence and elegance the palate features flavours of blackcurrants over a background of black olives, toasty cedar, earthy tobacco and spice. Very fine grained perfectly integrated tannins finishing with an aftertaste of blackcurrant, black olives, spicy toasted cedar and tobacco. Impressive entry level Cabernet.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
