Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. The nose displays fresh passionfruit, tropical fruit and citrus aromas with light asparagus end notes. The palate is quite dry and austere with flavours of passionfruit, crunchy green apple and citrus followed by some minerality on the finish. Clean crisp acidity. Aftertaste of crisp crunchy green apple, light passionfruit, citrus and mineral. A light, leanly textured and very dry blend.
