Deep dark red colour with a bright crimson red hue. The nose exhibits aromas of ripe dark cherries intermixed with some lightly scorched earth characters followed by cedar and spice. Savoury with light to medium body weight the palate features dark cherry flavours alongside some earthiness, new leather and spicy cedar. Dryish finish with very fine grained tannins. Finishes with an aftertaste of dark cherries, earthy leather and spicy cedar. An early drinking Sangiovese that offers plenty of enjoyment.
