Barrel Fermented on lees in seasoned and new French oak puncheons and barriques. Brilliant very pale straw greenish tinged colour with a watery hue. Lifted ripe white peach scents dominate the nose with underlying nuances of cashew, biscuity nougat and spice. Light to medium weight with excellent textural feel possessing a creamy elegance, the palate features flavours of white peach intermixed with cashew and nougat over some biscuity oak and spice. Clean dry finish. Medium to long aftertaste of cashew, nougat, dried honey and spice.
