Deep dark purple black tinged colour with a dark purple red hue. Inky dark cherry aromas are followed by some earth and spice. Generous and fruity this medium weighted Barbera d’Asti has appealing flavours of ripe dark cherries and dark plum over an earthy background with a spicy finish. Plump mouthfeel with soft very fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of ripe dark cherries, plum, earthy cedar and spice.
